Founded in 1929 by Morris Suss, Town Food Service Equipment Company is the premier manufacturer and supplier to the Chinese Foodservice industry. Suss opened a small sheet metal shop near New York City’s Chinatown and supplied the Chinese restaurants with fabricated equipment from his machine shop. Over the years, the company transformed into a major player in the Asian restaurant supply industry.
