Shipping fees are based on the destination, size, and weight of your item(s). You can calculate your estimated standard shipping fee for any product by clicking on the “Calculate Shipping” link on our product pages. Actual shipping charges will be calculated in your shopping cart when you are ready to finalize the order.

If you are placing an order that has multiple items with shipping charges and qualifying for free shipping, only the items that do not qualify for free shipping will be calculated during checkout. For items that do ship free, look for the “Free Shipping” logo on the product landing pages. For orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or Internationally, please call 800-972-4972 for a shipping quote. Globe Equipment reserves the right to change or discontinue free shipping. Premium shipping services are available at extra costs. Orders can be canceled up until the point of shipment.

REDELIVERY
If a freight company attempts a delivery and is unable to complete the delivery due to reasons that are under the customer’s control, redelivery fees may apply.

RECONSIGNMENT
If a delivery address changes once an item has been shipped, additional fees may be charged from the freight companies. This is called reconsignment.

REFUSED DELIVERIES AND CANCELED ORDERS
If an order is canceled after delivery or the customer refuses delivery of goods, customer will be responsible for round trip freight of the merchandise plus any restocking and applicable storage and restocking fees.
