YES! Although our site is geared toward the commercial foodservice industry, many of our smallwares and light equipment will exceed your expectations when used in a residential setting. Larger equipment can be sold to a residence, though there may be some features unavailable for home use.
You can set up an account by clicking the Login link at the top or bottom of any page on the site. Additionally, when you are in the checkout and ready to enter your shipping information, there is an option to create an account at that point.
Yes! Globe Equipment will not charge freight for ANY order marked FREE FREIGHT regardless of the size or weight of the product if being shipped within the continental United States. For items being shipped outside of the contiguous 48 states or internationally, the customer will have to contact Globe Equipment to get shipping rates. If you need a lift gate to get the item off the truck, that is not included in the free shipping.
Yes. All returns require a Return Authorization number and are subject to inspection upon return. Some items will have up to a 25% restocking fee. Items that are special ordered or customized can not be returned. For more details please see our return policy page.
Unfortunately, Globe Equipment can not extend credit to their customers. Some exceptions may be made for government agencies or institutions. If you think that you might qualify, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Unfortunately, Globe Equipment can not ship items COD.
Yes. We just ask that you call one of our customer representatives to place the order. Items will be shipped after the check has cleared.
Inside delivery is an option at the point of checkout. There is an additional charge that the freight companies charge for this service.
All items sold by Globe Equipment come with the manufacturer's warranty. All warranty issues are handled directly with the manufacturer and their service agencies.
Globe Equipment only has nexus in the state of Connecticut, therefore, tax will only be charged in the state of Connecticut.
No. Once you receive the final checkout price, no additional freight costs will be charged.
Globe Equipment does not offer leasing online.
Globe Equipment will ship to anywhere in the United States. For orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii, additional shipping charges will be applied. Please email email@example.com for pricing.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO and APO/FPO boxes.
Globe Equipment will ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS and multiple common carriers.
Most items ship from our warehouse in Bridgeport, CT. Some items may be shipped directly to you from the manufacturer’s factories. If this is the case, the shipping origin could be located anywhere across the United States.
It is our goal at Globe Equipment to ship all orders received by noon of the day the order is placed. Depending on the items and inventory levels, and where the items are going, Globe Equipment will sometimes ship items directly from the factory.
No, Globe Equipment Company only sells new equipment online.
For items that are stocked in our Connecticut warehouse, we will break cases, and those are represented by the lowest unit of measure on the website. For items that are special order, or shipped directly from the factory, we are unable to break cases.
Globe Equipment is located in Bridgeport, Connecticut. We have a showroom that is open to the public and we welcome walk-in shoppers.
Unfortunately we do not wrap gifts.
