The Star GR14IE two-sided sandwich grills can prepare sandwiches, chicken breasts, hamburgers, quesadillas and many other products in half the time of standard griddles. The heavy-duty platens retain energy and deliver maximum performance. The rugged body of the GR14IE panini grill is constructed of 18 gauge stainless steel. The counter balance mechanism is constructed from iron for strength and durability. The 6 foot lead-in cord has a special covering that is resistant to water and oil and the wires are protected by metallic braiding. Cord comes complete with plug.
