The Globe GPGDUE10 Bistro Series panini grill is the perfect addition to any restaurant that wants to expand their menu with paninis, sandwiches, even quesadillas and burritos! The GPGDUE10 has two grooved 10" x 10" heavy duty top plates, and one solid bottom plate made from seasoned cast iron. Cleanup of grease and crumbs are easy with it’s removable stainless steel catch tray. The temperature is thermostatically controlled up to 570°F by individual controls for each side. This allows you to adjust the temp to best fit your needs while grilling two menu different items. The GPGDUE10 panini grill maintains it's heat which will ensure consistent quality product.
