Cadco XAL-135 Proofer for XAF-115 & XAF-135 Half Size Ovens

The Cadco XAL-135 Half Size Proofer is designed for use with the Cadco XAF-115 and Cadco XAF-135 half size ovens. This modular configuration can be combined with an oven with digital Dynamic control panel. Both the oven & proofer are both controlled by the oven’s control panel. The proofer will accommodate up to 8 1/2 size sheet pans and hold products in temperatures up to 122 degrees fahrenheit.
