The True TWT-48 Refrigerated Worktop has stainless steel front, top and ends, with the back finished in aluminum. It has a factory pre-engineered capillary tube system with oversized condenser and evaporator meant to reduce product pull down time and to consistently maintain 33 to 38°F (refrigerator), -10°F (freezer) interior cabinet temperature.
