The True TSSU-27-12M-C is a 27" Refrigerated Sandwich Unit Megatop. It has a stainless steel front, top and ends, with an aluminum finished back. The system includes a patented airflow system - air from the evaporator is directed at the pans to insure that proper product temperatures are maintained.
