True Refrigeration TPP-93 Pizza Prep Table has a forced air design in the refrigerated sections that holds the product temperature between 33°F to 41°F. The cabinet has foamed-in-place high density, CFC, polyurethane insulation. Five inch stem castors and a 36" work surface height. Each door is fitted with a 12" recessed handle. Stainless steel flat lids keep pans' temperature colder and minimizes condensation.
