Product Description

True THDC-4SF horizontal ice cream dipping cabinet is uniquely designed to provide the user maximum functional reliability with the flexibility to both store and serve ice cream product. The True THDC-4SF has a cold wall design that keeps your ice cream at the proper temperatures of -10°F to 8°F. There is a manual defrost system and drain tube with a hose connector for easy defrost cycles. The THDC-4SF is NSF-7 compliant for open food products.
