The True TDC-87 visual dipping cabinets are uniquely designed to provide the user maximum functional reliability in an attractive merchandiser to brilliantly display and serve ice cream product. The TDC-87 maintains a temperature of -10°F to +8°F. The "Low-E" thermal glass viewing window reduces solar heat and minimizes condensation. This unit is also NSF-7 compliant for open food products.
