Traulsen TE065HT refrigerated equipment stand is designed for use along the cook line where cabinet strength and system performance really matter. The rear mounted evaporators keep food cold in a very warm kitchen environment despite frequent drawer openings. It also offers greater capacity, as each drawer accommodates 6" deep pans. A variety of other features making them ideal for the equipment stand application.
