The Lodge PLG13 cast iron griddle will mark steaks, chicken, etc. the same way a charcoal grill does. Cast iron can be pre-heated to high temperatures without fear of warping and they recover the perfect cooking temperature quickly. This ribbed griddle measures 10" x 20".
