Thirty racks can be processed per hour. In addition, an extended wash feature gives you the choice of a continuous wash mode for those tough washing jobs. The interior rinse-down cycle at shutdown aids in eliminating food particles, chemical residue and other deposits that may adhere to interior walls. This automatic feature helps save labor and improves results. Single phase operation means this machine is easy to install in every application. Hot water booster is not included with this unit.
