The Berkel X13 slicer is their next generation into professional slicers. The Berkel X13 uses the latest technology in motion, geometry, energy and hygenics giving the operator exactly what they need. A sanitary one piece engineered polymer base and product table reduces seams and joints while providing and FDA approved surface for easy effective cleaning. A kick stand on the Berkel X13 supports the slicer so the operator can easily clean under the slicer. The 1/2 hp motor along with a self tensioning belt can deliver reliable performance and high torque for the toughest jobs. Precise thicknesses are achieved on the X13 with a variable pitch barrel cam to get wafer thin slicers.
