Berkel 825E manual gravity feed slicer is a compact, space-saving design and is ideal for limited kitchen counter space. This Berkel 10" slicer's carriage can hold food up to 7 1/2" wide by 6" high. This economy slicer is rated for very little slicing of cheese or other sticky products and is rated for 1-2 hours of use each day. The Berkel 825E is easy to clean and disassembles quickly without tools. It features Berkel's hollow ground, chromium-plated carbon steel knife and built-in, dual-action sharpener with convenient handle located on the sharpener cover.
