The Cadco WTBS-3P is a Triple Buffet Server with Clear Lids and three third size / 2.6 quart stainless steam pans (2 1/2” deep) with clear polycarbonate lids, stainless steam pan holder, & warming tray base. Each steam table pan can holds roughly 20 four oz servings. The stainless steel top of this unit can be removed doubling this buffet server as a warming tray. Cool touch handles allow this piece to be easily moved while in use.
