Product Description

Carlisle's 4432 Slotted Spoon is a one piece polycarbonate construction that makes it sanitary and dishwasher safe. Safe for temperatures up to 212°F; and will withstand dry heat temperatures up to 270°F. The handle has a notch so the spoon can rest on edge of food pan, and a hole at the end so that it can be hung up.
