Multi-Level Buffet Server with Clear Lids
The Cadco CMLW-2 Multi-Level Warmer is a two level warming tray. Each warming tray measures 20 1/2" x 14". This unit is made from stainless steel allowing for easy clean ability. The CMLW-2 Includes four half size / 4.3 qt stainless steam pans and clear polycarbonate lids with slots for utensils. There are control knobs and signal lights on the back of the unit for each level which are controlled separately. Variable heating controls of 155-205F. The 4 non-skid feet allowing this unit to sit on virtually any flat surface.

The Duke ACTW-1 is constructed of 300 series stainless steel. Top rim and food well liner are one piece heavy gauge stainless steel with deep drawn coved corner construction. The food well is 6 1/2" deeo with a top opening measuring 12" x 20" to accommodate full, 1/2 and 1/3 size food pans. The unit can only accept pans up to 6" deep. The warmer is heated by a 1200w element controlled by an infinite switch with an indicator light.
