Product Description

A hinge in the center of this domed steam table pan cover allows for maximum flexibility. The cover fits a standard sized stainless steel pan, 12" x 20". Handles on either end of the cover makes contents available from two sides of a buffet line. This hinged dome cover is made of 18/8 stainless steel. From Admiral Craft, #DCH-200F.
